We are looking for a versatile computer programmer who is comfortable with full stack development. Developers are responsible for designing and developing web and mobile applications, ensuring the quality of our products, and working alongside the CTO and the small but growing development team to facilitate ever-shifting functionality needs and ensuring maximum uptime.


  • Developing and maintaining front and back end apps.
  • Maintaining servers, databases, and APIs for efficiency and functionality.
  • Attention to cross-platform functionality and testing.
  • Team collaboration on identifying and balancing overall priorities based on value between customer, internal, and technical requests.
  • Self motivated in owning simultaneous projects from conception to release, from maintenance to new features.


  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (preferably React and React Native).
  • Proficiency with languages such as Elixir, or alternatively comparable languages, and familiarity with database technology such as PostgreSQL.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Skills with verbal communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced growing startup environment.



FRAYT is a growing tech startup with a marketplace platform that connects shippers with drivers (think Uber except for stuff!). Our “HQ” is based in Cincinnati and we get together several times a month to collab our teams, work hard, and have fun. We hold ourselves accountable to each other and adhere to our core values. What We’re Looking For

Primarily, we are looking for a growth-focused, data-driven marketing “pioneer” who will build our lead generation efforts to fuel our inbound sales pipeline. You will help grow the business through the development and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple paid marketing platforms including search, display, email, social and other channels utilizing Hubspot’s Marketing Pro module. Additionally, this team member will be called on for all general marketing facets including: content creation, organizing our Hubspot flow, and social media management. 

This team member will work closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to develop and optimize our top-of-funnel results. Good opportunity for career progression as we scale. 

You will

  • Build paid marketing campaigns to grow our global sales-assisted businesses; drive leads, pipeline and revenue. Oversee the daily execution; improve program through data-driven insights and report on performance trends in partnership with media agency
  • Build comprehensive cross-channel paid marketing strategies to meet our goals
  • Measure paid performance of key metrics and deliver regular reports and recommendations 
  • Oversee pipeline targets in Hubspot and help reach those goals
  • Work with the brand and design team members to develop ad copy, display, creative, content, and landing page designs that correctly communicate our product messaging and positioning
  • Evaluate full funnel, end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Work with product and sales teams to constantly test user flow with the intent of improving efficiency
  • Coordinate with demand generation, product growth, product marketing, and creative teams to improve marketing results.
  • Update content our website in relation to our campaigns and storytelling 
  • Self-manage all social media advertising and content 


You have

  • First hand experience running paid marketing campaigns within a large B2B company or startup
  • At least 3-5 years building direct response-focused online marketing programs in areas such as SEM, programmatic, and social media advertising with clear return on investment-focused metrics.
  • Hubspot certification or experience
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in paid marketing
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven marketing
  • Degree in a relevant field
